About us

Why we are building Optifya

Optifya was built in Yogyakarta around one problem that keeps repeating: companies have complete marketing data, and still find it hard to answer what should be done next.

01 What we see

The data is complete. The conclusion never arrives.

Every business running SEO and ads collects a lot of data. GA4 records visitor behaviour, Search Console records how people find them, the ad account records where the money went. All of it is accurate, and all of it sits apart.

What rarely happens: someone connects all three to the business context, checks whether the data is actually trustworthy, and then concludes what matters most this week — with the reasoning attached.

That work has always depended on a person. People get busy, change roles, or leave. When they do, the context goes with them and everything restarts. Optifya is being built for that part.

02 How we work

Three things we do not trade away

  • Order

    Start from a diagnosis

Before recommending anything, we make sure the data is worth using. A recommendation built on leaking tracking only moves the problem somewhere else.

  • Authority

    The decision stays yours

We prepare the context, the evidence, and the options. The person accountable for the outcome is the one who decides.

  • Scale

    The simplest thing first

If a problem is solved by a rule or an ordinary workflow, that is what we use. We do not force technology more complicated than the job needs.

03 Where we are now

Still being built, and we write it plainly

Optifya is not generally available. We are opening early access to a small number of businesses willing to test the system against real marketing work.

There is no published pricing, and no result figures we can claim. What exists is a system being built, and a willingness to build it alongside early users.
